As you are making your list, and checking it twice, please consider making a tax-deductible, charitable gift to the Marshallton Conservation Trust. No other gift makes a more significant impact in our community today and all year long. Your donation propels our mission into action through policy initiatives, historic preservation, and conservation easements that allow us to protect the vulnerable areas of open space surrounding the Village of Marshallton for future generations.

Your Support Makes a Difference
Having an organization like the Marshallton Conservation Trust makes it possible for all of us to share in shaping the future of our small historical village. It binds us together through common values, traditions, and a sense of belonging. It preserves the Village’s unique heritage, fosters support networks, and sustains a vibrant cultural identity, ensuring it thrives as a close-knit, resilient, and enduring community.
It is our privilege to serve the Marshallton community as we work to promote the history of the Village, maintain its sense of place, and protect the open space and natural resources of its environs. Together, we will continue to preserve the past, protect the present, and plan for the future.

Community Spotlight:
Marshallton Tree Lighting
Marshallton was bursting with holiday cheer on Saturday, December 2nd as our community gathered to kick off this very merry season at the annual Marshallton Tree Lighting at Martin's Tavern. Thank you to everyone who joined the festivities and a special thank you to the Friends of Martin's Tavern for organizing this much-beloved community event, to our Victorian Carolers sponsored by the Marshallton Conservation Trust for spreading holiday cheer, and to the Rasbach Family for their donation of our beautiful Marshallton Christmas Tree.
Making Spirits Bright
Strasburg Road will be aglow with luminaries ready for Santa's arrival on Christmas Eve. This special annual tradition–led by the Marshallton United Methodist Church Youth Group and Young Adults–is a highlight of the holiday season.
Through the Lens
Every month, we will feature an image captured by photographer and Village resident, Jim Lawson, showcasing the natural beauty and festive cheer of Marshallton. Ho, ho, ho!
